I am an experienced editor, writer and manager with 10 years in the publishing industry under my belt. Please check out my resume below. For the last 5 years, I’ve been in managing or senior level positions with direct oversight of the editorial content and direction of magazines, websites, e-newsletters, customer marketing programs, industry events, Webinars, Webcasts and more.
I am accustomed to managing multiple projects at once, as well as interfacing with freelancers, vendors, PR managers and other industry personnel at industry events in the United States and abroad.
I have been responsible for writing, editing and proofreading everything from short daily news stories to long features, blogs, whitepapers, Q&As with executives and technology oriented lifestyle pieces.
The last 6 months I’ve spent building, launching and growing Broadband-Today.com, a trade website that covers the broadband industry. As editor-in-chief, I am wholly responsible for producing all the daily content and developing the site’s audience. Since I started with the website, I’ve increased e-newsletter subscriptions by 42,000 qualified names.
Prior to joining Broadband-Today.com, I was with Mobile Enterprise magazine for nearly five years, where I was responsible for developing each issue, daily updates to the website, a weekly e-newsletter, as well as directing the creation of webinars, panel discussions, awards programs, whitepapers, articles, editorial calendars and more.
